Next, take three small bowls and put three cloves and a pinch of salt in one bowl (to represent love) three teaspoons of cayenne pepper in another (for speedy recovery) and fill the last bowl with three teaspoons of dried rosemary (to represent healing). Place these bowls in front of each of the three candles. Light the candles and repeat the following words nine times: "Shianna angel of love, Give me strength, To move forwards from this unity, Let my spirit move onward without regret." Close the spell by saying: "So mote it be." Let the candles burn for two hours before blowing them out. Take the contents of all three bowls outside in the garden and sweep them away with a broom or brush.
